What kinds of clients does ISROW LEGAL represent?

What makes ISROW LEGAL different?
Jordan Isrow's background combines four vantage points in one attorney: training at national law firms, boutique-firm service, in-house experience as a general counsel with an MBA, and government experience as a former assistant attorney general and elected city commissioner.
I've been sued. Does ISROW LEGAL defend claims, or only bring them?
Defending claims is a core part of the practice. The firm defends businesses and their owners against fraud and misrepresentation claims, contract and lender disputes, business torts, and emergency motions, in Florida's state and federal courts. If you have been served, timing matters: deadlines to respond begin running on service, so call before they get close.
Is one lawyer enough for a large or document-heavy case?
Every matter is led by the principal, who stays directly accountable for it from the first conversation through resolution.
When a matter calls for more hands — a compressed discovery schedule, parallel motion practice, a multi-front case — the firm brings in additional attorneys as independent contractors for that matter, working under the principal's direction. The staffing matches what the matter actually requires, not the standing payroll of a firm built for its largest possible case. The firm also serves as co-counsel with other lawyers and firms, including as first-chair trial counsel on matters headed to trial.
The firm's proprietary AI tools carry the administrative volume that would otherwise take a support staff — with every work product reviewed by the attorney responsible for your matter.
Are you licensed outside Florida?
Yes. Jordan is admitted in both Florida and New York, and regularly assists Florida and New York businesses and individuals doing business in the other state.
Do you offer alternative fee arrangements?
Yes — the structure is matched to the matter. Options include flat and fixed fees, capped or phased budgets, monthly retainers for outside-general-counsel work, and, for the right cases, contingency or hybrid arrangements. In a contingency or hybrid matter, the client may still be responsible for costs and expenses regardless of the outcome. Initial consultations are complimentary, and if the firm is retained, all fees and costs are set out in a written engagement agreement.
What is an outside general counsel arrangement?
Ongoing counsel for your business on a retainer or as-needed basis — day-to-day legal guidance from a lawyer who has served in-house and built a legal department, without the cost of a full-time hire.
Does the firm use technology or AI?
Yes. The firm develops and uses proprietary AI tools to support legal research, document analysis, and drafting — adding speed and consistency while helping control cost. AI assists; it never decides. Every work product is reviewed by the attorney responsible for your matter, and client information is handled consistent with the firm's confidentiality obligations.
