Litigation
Jordan is an accomplished litigator with significant experience in state and federal court, and is often referred to as a "lawyer's lawyer", known for his creative out-of-the-box legal strategies and impressive trial advocacy skills. Over the course of his storied career, he has handled a broad array of matters spanning across a variety of areas of law, including, contract disputes, business torts, trade secrets, fraud, real estate, labor and employment, constitutional claims, professional liability, sports and entertainment, trusts and estates, intellectual property, white collar defense and regulatory compliance.
He won a landmark victory in a five-day bench trial in federal court against the City of Boca Raton. The case centered on a constitutional claim for violation of due process rights, arising from the city's attempt to deny his client's right to construct his dream home in an illegal and biased fashion. He successfully defended against a multi-million dollar claim using cutting edge forensic analysis of the plaintiff's computer systems to uncover substantial fraud and breaches of fiduciary duty. And he has also obtained a significant ruling against a condominium association in the City of Hollywood under Florida’s Anti-SLAPP statute, which prohibits lawsuits brought against unit owners for exercising their right of free speech in connection with association matters.
Prior to founding ISROW LEGAL, Jordan served as an Assistant Attorney General for The New York State Office of The Attorney General where he was a member of the Social Justice Division in the Litigation Bureau. In that position, he was responsible for safeguarding the rights of New Yorkers and defending some of the state’s largest governmental agencies.

Corporate Counsel
In addition to serving on the litigation teams for severable notable South Florida law firms, Jordan was tapped to serve as the first General Counsel of an international cosmetic manufacturer where he sat on the Executive Committee and was responsible for creating and leading the company’s Legal Department, as well as overseeing global regulatory compliance and risk management initiatives. Jordan worked closely with Sales, Human Resources, R&D, and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Departments to manage contracts, craft policies and implement standard operating procedures to mitigate potential exposure and maximize profitability. Most importantly, he gained a deeper understanding of the intricacies of the corporate world and the importance of clear communication, defining objectives, and collaborating with various stakeholders in order to achieve said objectives in a prompt and cost-effective manner.

Public Service
During that time, Isrow was elected to serve as Parkland’s City Commissioner for District 2, and still holds the position today, as he remains devoted to his community and improving the quality of life for its residents. In his role as Commissioner, he is responsible for setting the public policy of the City, reviewing and adopting local laws, and crafting the City’s short-term and long-term strategic plans.
